Primaries were held in six states: Arizona, Delaware, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma and South Carolina. North Dakota held caucuses. These are the combined results.

George Bush received 176,757 (93.2%) to his opponents 12,812 in just two states: Missouri and Oklahoma. In Missouri, Bush improved on his third place New Hampshire finish by finishing second (117,124 to Kerry's 211,737; while Edwards fell to third place with 103,198). But in Oklahoma, Bush ran fourth with 59,633 compared to Clark, Edwards and Kerry who received 90,469; 89,194; and 81,012 respectively.
